A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Are you bored? Are you stressed or angry? Then you might try my application for coloring images - it's made with sense of humor and can help you to relax a little with your computer. :)

While coloring applications are a dime a dozen out there, there's always something new on the spot that might make you consider trying a new application that uses a similar recipe, such as Happy Coloring Book.
Happy Coloring Book is a great way to spend some time having fun and since designs can be imported, it virtually means the program can be used by all types of users of all ages.

  • Websites where you can find free images to coloring:

Some other things to notice

  • Apart from that application can work with images downloaded by user it has also a small set of build-in images - look above in "Credits" section.
  • If you are curious where it makes its auto-save - look for `.HappyColoring` directory in your user home directory (just you must enable `show hidden files` option in your file manager).
  • Yes this program can easily gets foolish if you use two or more images with exactly the same name (even when they are in separate directories). Maybe it was a bad idea to make such auto-save feature, but for now it simply works like that and simply look at names of your coloring images - rename one if you have problems.
  • Mouse wheel works as a darkening or lightening current color.
  • Right mouse button works as a pipette tool - right click to get color from place under cursor.
  • Application currently have two language versions - English 🇬🇧 and Polish 🇵🇱.

Install instructions

The msi installer is suggested way to get it, if you are using Microsoft Windows. It contains whole needed stuff and will make everything working automatically.

For any other operating systems you must download bare jar file, which is much smaller than installer, but you have to install java runtime environment first. Java runtime environment can be found here:
